This painting was inspired by the freshly fallen snow collecting along the willow branches on my winter walks. When it snows, it falls and stays in place, as wind is uncommon in this area of the Chugach Mountains. The world is insulated looks as though it is covered in a beautiful blanket of fluffy, white snow.

The original artwork was created with alcohol inks on 3” x 6” synthetic paper. Compositions are cropped by the artist to maintain overall integrity and best fit the different print options and aspect ratios.
