Art Print Policies
Exchange & Return Policy: All Art Print, Sticker and Magnet sales are final. We are not able to offer refunds or returns as all prints are "made to order".
Cancellation Policy: All Art Print, Sticker and Magnet sales are final. Art print orders can only be canceled if the print has not been printed yet, as all orders are "made to order". Prints are sometimes printed immediately so there is no guarantee you will be able to cancel your print order.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Policy: Any damaged, lost, or stolen artwork must be reported within 7 days of delivery. When reporting damage you must share your order number, photos of the damage, and photos of the exterior and interior view of the packaging that the artwork arrived in.
Second Sale or any other sale: All sales are final. Cancellations, exchanges and refunds are not available.
Shipping and Processing Policies
Print Order Processing Time: This refers to the time it takes to receive your order and print / prepare it for shipping. This typically falls in the range of 3-10 business days, depending busyness of the season. The goal is to get you your purchased art as soon as possible!
Domestic Shipping Policy: Shipping is a flat rate of $7, anywhere in the United States.
International Shipping Policy: Currently, internationally shipping is not an option. This may become an option in the future.
Incorrect Shipping Information: The buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping information. Orders will not be refunded for lost, mis-delivered, undelivered, or returned orders due to the buyer providing incorrect shipping information. Orders will not be refunded if the order(s) is lost, delivered to the wrong address, or returned by the carrier due to the buyer providing incorrect shipping information. The buyer will be responsible for all re-shipping costs to the correct address, as well as a 50% reprint charge based on the value of the print to be re-printed if the original order is lost due to giving us incorrect shipping information.
