August 1st Nasturtiums

from $18.00

Nasturtiums have become one of my cherished favorites in my ever-expanding summer garden. Planted early in the season, they remain hearty and resilient throughout our sunny, yet often surprisingly chilly, summer months.

These delightful flowers consistently offer a stunningly bright and colorful inspiration to my yard, and they also serve as a muse for this particular painting. The vivid pops of oranges, yellows, and reds contrast beautifully against the lush, bright green leaves, creating a visually striking display. This triptych captures and conveys the same vibrant energy with its loose paint application and dramatic bursts of intense colors, making it a captivating focal point.
